1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong item has been delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unwashed.
- In its original condition.
- Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging.
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Customized, stitched, or tailored products.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale events unless damaged.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:
- Order Number.
- Product Name.
- Reason for Return.
- Clear photographs of the product (if damaged or defective).
Our team will review the request and provide further instructions regarding the return process.
4. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for:
- Size issues (subject to stock availability).
- Defective or damaged items.
- Incorrect products delivered.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability at the time of processing.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report such issues within this period may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
